Hastfashion collects personal data to process orders, deliver parcels, handle returns, and respond to enquiries. This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Who receives it. We share data with the payment provider that processes your transaction, the carrier that delivers your parcel (Colissimo, Chronopost, or Colis Privé), and service providers that host or maintain our website. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it. Order and payment records are kept for the period required by French accounting and tax rules. Correspondence about returns or enquiries is kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and then for a reasonable period to handle any follow-up.
Your rights. You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion where the law allows, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of the data you provided in a portable format. You can exercise these rights by emailing info@hastfashion.com. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés).
California residents. If the CCPA applies to you, you have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Hastfashion does not sell personal information. To submit a request, email info@hastfashion.com with “CCPA request” in the subject line.
Cookies. The website uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to function. If analytics or similar tools are introduced, we will update this section and provide a way to refuse non-essential cookies before they are set.
Changes. If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle your data, we post the updated version on this page and change the Last updated date.
